Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement Workday solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on system configuration.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Workday integrations, reports, and analytics.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionality.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in Workday functional consulting or similar role.
- Solid understanding of Prism reporting tools within Workday.
- Experience with integration projects using various APIs (e.g., SFTP).
- Proven track record of delivering successful implementations of large-scale HCM systems.
