Role Description
The Event Planner will manage the planning and execution of weddings and related events from concept to completion. This full-time, on-site role in Kochi includes meeting clients to understand their requirements, creating detailed event plans and timelines, and coordinating with in-house vendors for decor, catering, entertainment, photography, and other services. The Event Planner will oversee budgets, negotiate vendor terms, monitor event logistics,



and ensure smooth on-the-day operations, including guest management and troubleshooting issues. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with clients, providing regular updates, and contributing creative ideas to enhance the overall guest experience and brand reputation.

Qualifications
- Strong event planning, coordination, and on-ground execution skills, with experience managing multiple events or projects simultaneously.
- Excellent client-facing communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
- Ability to create and manage budgets, timelines, and checklists, with attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
- Creative thinking and design sense to contribute to themes, decor concepts, and overall event experience.
