Job Summary

Manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure.
Monitor network performance, availability, and security.
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi, VLANs, and LAN/WAN.
Manage network connectivity between offices, servers, cloud environments, and third-party services.
Troubleshoot network-related incidents and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor network devices and identify performance, availability, and security issues.
Maintain network diagrams, IP address inventory, configurations, and other infrastructure documentation.
Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and service providers for network-related issues.
Implement and maintain network security controls such as firewall rules, access controls, segmentation, and VPN.
Support AWS/cloud networking, including VPC, subnets, security groups, NACLs, routing, and connectivity.




Work closely with the IT, Security, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams.
Participate in infrastructure changes, upgrades, migrations, and DR activities.
Ensure network infrastructure follows organizational security policies and compliance requirements.

Required Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, FTP/SFTP, SMTP, SSH.
LAN/WAN networking.
VLAN, trunking, routing and switching.
Static and energetic routing.
NAT, ACL and network segmentation.
Firewall configuration and troubleshooting.
VPN IPsec/SSL VPN.
Wi-Fi/network troubleshooting.
Network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows networking.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
