About the Role:

HireForSkillz is looking for a Business Development Associate who's ready to get on the phone, start conversations, and turn leads into real opportunities.



This isn't a role where you sit back and wait for things to happen. You'll be working a steady stream of leads provided by us, reaching out through cold calls and emails, and learning what it actually takes to build a pipeline in B2B SaaS. Role Overview:

As a Business Development Associate, your main job will be to work through leads provided by HireForSkillz and consistently reach out to them via cold calling and email. You'll be having real conversations, qualifying interest, and moving prospects forward in the pipeline.
