We are looking for a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and successfully deliver projects from start to finish. The candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, teams, resources, clients, and project deliverables while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare project timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and partners.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks.
- Manage project resources and budgets.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates.
- Maintain proper project documentation and reports.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
- Manage client expectations and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure proper project handover and closure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in project management or project coordination.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management tools is an advantage.
