ROLE PURPOSE

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual content for our digital marketing, social media, property campaigns, branding, internal communication, and promotional activities.

The ideal candidate should have a solid creative sense, excellent understanding of visual communication, and the ability to convert marketing ideas and business requirements into impactful designs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Digital & Social Media Creatives
- Design engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
- Create social media posts, stories, banners, carousels, campaign creatives and promotional graphics.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with ongoing marketing campaigns and business objectives.

2. Real Estate Marketing Creatives




- Design creatives for property launches, projects, offers, campaigns, events, site visits and lead-generation activities.
- Create brochures, flyers, property presentations, standees, hoardings, banners and other marketing collaterals.
- Convert property/project information into visually appealing and easy-to-understand communication.

3. Branding & Corporate Communication
- Ensure all designs strictly follow the company's brand guidelines, logo usage, typography and visual identity.
- Create internal communication creatives for announcements, celebrations, employee engagement and company initiatives.
- Maintain consistency across all company communication and marketing materials.

4. Campaign & Performance Marketing Support
- Design creatives for Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid marketing campaigns.
- Develop multiple creative variations for testing and performance optimization.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing
