Role & responsibilities

Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate production teams; foster a positive, safe work workplace.

Quality & Safety: Implement quality control, enforce safety regulations (like OSHA), and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Production Planning: Develop production schedules, allocate resources, manage budgets, and control costs.

Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and implement lean manufacturing principles.

Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports, production metrics, and cost analyses to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of production processes and techniques
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to implement process improvements




- Familiarity with industry-specific software and technology
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of production management principles
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of factory machines and equipment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
