- The Role We are looking for an AI & Solutions Architect who combines strong technical depth in AI/ML and cloud architecture with communication skills to engage credibly with senior client stakeholders. This is not a pure engineering role — it sits at the intersection of architecture, solution design, and client advisory. The right person has built real AI products or platforms, understands how enterprise technology landscapes fit together, and can translate complex technical ideas into transparent proposals and presentations.



This is a growth role — the expectation is that the person develops into the practice's primary technical authority over the next 18–24 months. Key Responsibilities AI & Architecture — 50% of the role • Own the architectural direction for AI, GenAI, machine learning, and data engineering deliveries across the practice
- • Design and review end-to-end solution architectures — from data ingestion and model development through to deployment and MLOps
- • Provide technical guidance to delivery teams on implementation approach, technology selection, and best practices

• Build and maintain reusable architectural frameworks and reference architectures that accelerate delivery across the team

• Evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, and frameworks — particularly in the rapidly evolving AI and cloud landscape Technical Pre-Sales & Solution Design — 30% of the role
