Role Description
The Agri Inputs Business Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Etah, responsible for leading the overall agri inputs business, including seeds, fertilizers, crop protection products, and related solutions. The role involves setting business objectives, defining product and market strategies, and driving sales and distribution performance across assigned territories.



The Agri Inputs Business Head will oversee dealer and distributor networks, build and maintain relationships with key partners and large farmers, and ensure timely demand planning, inventory management, and pricing decisions. The position includes managing and mentoring field and sales teams, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and coordinating with supply chain and finance to ensure smooth operations. The Business Head will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, implement farmer outreach and marketing initiatives, and regularly report business performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding sales or field teams toward defined business targets.
- Proven ability in sales, distribution management, and channel development within agriculture, agri inputs, or related industries.
- Solid understanding of agri input products (seeds, fertilizers, crop protection)
