Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our business growth through lead generation, client communication, proposal writing, and opportunity identification. This role is ideal for a fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience who is eager to build a career in Business Development.

The candidate will assist in identifying potential clients through freelance platforms and skilled networks, understanding client requirements, preparing customized proposals, and supporting the team in converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork, PPH, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Assist in generating leads and maintaining a database of prospective clients.
- Communicate professionally with domestic and international clients through email, chat, and calls.




- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to identify suitable solutions.
- Prepare customized proposals, cover letters, and introductory messages based on client requirements.
- Follow up with potential clients and assist in moving leads through the business development process.
- Support senior BDEs or management in client discussions, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with technical, design, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and prepare appropriate responses.
- Learn and stay updated on current trends in web development, mobile applications, CMS platforms, and digital solutions.
- Work toward assigned lead-generation and business development targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, proposals, and client communication.
