Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru South for a B2C and Business Development Executive at NoBroker HR. The role involves identifying and converting new business opportunities,



driving B2C customer acquisition, and building strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include proactive lead generation through calls, meetings, and digital channels, explaining NoBroker’s services, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closure. The executive will handle account management tasks such as follow-ups, issue resolution, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Daily work also includes collaborating with internal teams, tracking performance metrics, and sharing market feedback to improve offerings and processes.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Solid understanding of Business and Account Management to nurture relationships and manage the full customer lifecycle.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written comm
