- Teach English to primary-level students using age-appropriate and engaging teaching methods.
- Prepare daily lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and teaching-learning materials.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension skills.
- Use storytelling, role-play, games, activities, and audio-visual resources to make learning interactive.
- Assess students through classwork, homework, tests, projects, and regular observations.
- Monitor individual student progress and provide additional support where required.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Maintain student records, assessment data, attendance, and progress reports.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ academic progress and development.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school functions, assemblies, workshops, and co-curricular activities.




- Collaborate with other teachers and follow the school’s curriculum, academic policies, and assessment guidelines.

Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree with English as a subject or a relevant qualification.
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. or other recognized teacher-training qualification, as applicable.
- CTET/TET qualification where required.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Prior primary-school teaching experience is desirable.
