Job Description – Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker/ATS.
- Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and follow-ups with selected candidates.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio.
- Stay updated on market trends, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.
- Solid knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and other candidate sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing abilities.
- Good negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment/ATS tools.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
