Job Title: Interior Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing functional and visually appealing interior spaces, from initial concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements, preferences, budgets, and project timelines.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and presentations.
- Prepare furniture layouts, working drawings, detailed drawings, and elevations.
- Create 2D drawings and realistic 3D visualisations.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and colour schemes.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure execution follows approved drawings and designs.
- Review measurements, resolve site-related issues, and maintain design quality.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD,



SketchUp, 3ds , Photoshop, or similar software.
- Solid knowledge of space planning, materials, furniture, lighting, and interior detailing.
- Ability to prepare accurate working and execution drawings.
- Good communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Understanding of site execution and vendor coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design and technical capabilities.
