We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Representative to drive sales, generate new leads, build strong customer relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, meetings, referrals, digital channels, and field visits.
- Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain products/services clearly and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and prospects regularly to convert them into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations when required.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing, customer support, and operations teams.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic sales-related concerns.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, events, and campaigns.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager/Business Head.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Positive customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Willingness to travel for field sales, if required.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
- Field sales: 1 year (Required)
