Experience in Textile Warehouse Operations is mandatory. Certification in Warehouse Management or Supply Chain will be an added advantage. Job Summary The Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient material movement, inventory accuracy, timely dispatches, and compliance with company procedures. The role requires solid leadership, operational excellence, and coordination with cross-functional departments to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities Supervise receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations. Allocate manpower effectively to ensure smooth warehouse operations and achieve daily productivity targets. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock verification and cycle counts.
Ensure compliance with Warehouse SOPs, FIFO practices, and inventory control procedures. 1 Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and QA departments for timely material movement and availability. Ensure implementation of 5S standards and warehouse safety practices. Train, guide, and supervise warehouse staff to improve productivity and operational efficiency. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports for management. Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective and preventive actions. Ensure proper documentation and ERP transactions for all warehouse activities. Monitor warehouse housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment. Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate warehouse records. Drive continuous process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
