Job Title: Audit & Tax Assistant (GST and TDS Compliance)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Audit & Tax Assistant to support our audit, taxation, and compliance functions. The candidate will be responsible for GST and TDS compliance, assisting in statutory audits, maintaining accounting records, and ensuring timely regulatory filings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns, etc.).
- GST reconciliations with books of accounts and GST portal data.
- Preparation and filing of TDS/TCS returns and related compliance activities.
- Reconciliation of TDS with Form 26AS and TRACES.
- Assisting in statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and stock audits.
- Preparation of audit schedules, working papers, and supporting documentation.
- Verification of accounting records, ledgers, vouchers, and statutory registers.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and related disclosures.
- Coordination with clients for obtaining information and resolving audit queries.
- Compliance with Income Tax, GST,



ROC, and other statutory requirements.
- Preparation of MIS reports and other management reports as required.
- Supporting senior team members in tax assessments, departmental notices, and compliance reviews.

Qualifications:
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (Pursuing or Completed) or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in audit, accounting, GST, and TDS compliance.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and tax compliance portals.
- Understanding of GST laws, TDS provisions, and basic accounting principles.

- Strong communication and documentation skills.
