Job Overview:

We are seeking a energetic, results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record in the US IT Staffing market. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring direct clients and Tier-1 vendors, and driving revenue growth. You will bridge the gap between corporate clients needing top-tier tech talent and our delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
- New Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and pitch IT staffing services to new direct clients, implementation partners (Someone with prior HCL account management is a plus).
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Hiring Managers, HR heads, and Procurement teams to secure MSA (Master Service Agreements).
- Lead Generation & Cold Outreach: Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, cold calling, and email campaigns to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Requirement Gathering:



Clearly understand clients technical talent requirements and effectively communicate them to the internal recruitment delivery team.
- Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and gross margin goals.

Key Requirements
- Experience: 37 years of experience in Business Development / Account Management, specifically within the US IT Staffing industry.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of various US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, EAD), tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099), and current IT skill trends.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in bringing in new logos and generating consistent revenue.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a neutral accent and the ability to command conversations with C-level executives.
- Flexibility: Must be comfortable working standard US business hours (EST/CST/PST).
