1.Job Objective :-
This position will be responsible for development of Al -GDC new parts.
2.Key Role & Responsibilities :-
1. Inputs to DFM,PFMEA,concept & tool design of AL- GDC parts.
2.Conducting GDC current parts detail report & closing all NC with tool design.
3. GDC new parts process design & production support to operation
4. Rejection reduction & matching to RFQ.
5. GDC parts hand over to operation once RFQ vs Actual matches.
6. Sound knowledge of Al-GDC parts.
3.Qualification & Experience Required :-
BE/DME (Mech) Minimum 15 years of GDC parts development.
4.Personal Characteristic :-
Soft skill, Coordination with operation & tool room, Communication skill. Managerial skill.
Location:
At Manufacturing plants and Office Facilities situated in Chakan, Pune.
