Role Description
The Senior Recruitment Consultant is a full-time remote role responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role includes partnering with client stakeholders to understand hiring needs, defining role requirements, and advising on sourcing strategies. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will conduct candidate searches, screen applications, perform structured interviews, and present shortlists,



ensuring an excellent candidate and client experience throughout the process. Additional responsibilities include providing market insights, supporting graduate recruitment campaigns, maintaining accurate recruitment documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment methodologies and tools. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, collaborating with consulting colleagues, and representing Alpha Orion’s values in all client interactions.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting skills, with experience managing full-cycle hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Consulting skills, including stakeholder management, advisory capabilities, and solution-focused thinking.
- Candidates should possess proven Interviewing skills, using structured and competency-based methods to assess candidates effectively
