Purchase Executive – Mono Carton & Corrugated Box Manufacturing

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle procurement of
raw materials and consumables
for Mono Carton and Corrugated Box production.
- Purchase
Duplex Board, Kraft Paper, Fluting Paper, Corrugated Sheets, Paper Rolls and other packaging materials
.




- Procure
printing inks, adhesives, chemicals, varnish, films, plates and other consumables
.
- Identify, evaluate and develop reliable
vendors and suppliers
.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices and negotiate
rates, payment terms and delivery schedules
.
- Prepare
Purchase Orders (POs)
and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with
Production, PPC, Stores, Quality and Accounts
for purchase requirements.
- Follow up with vendors for pending orders, material quality and delivery issues.
- Maintain
vendor records, purchase data, quotations and MIS reports
.
- Monitor market rates and support
cost reduction and efficient procurement
.

Required Skills:
- Experience in
Printing & Packaging / Paper / Corrugation industry
preferred.
- Knowledge of
paper, board and corrugated raw materials
.
- Good vendor negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of
MS Excel
