Role Description
The AI Implementation Lead is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities to integrate AI and automation into structural engineering design, drafting, and BIM workflows,



and for leading end-to-end implementation of these solutions. Daily activities include collaborating with engineering, drafting, and BIM teams to map processes, gather requirements, and translate them into AI use cases; coordinating with software and data specialists to develop, test, and deploy AI tools; and monitoring performance, adoption, and ROI of implemented solutions. The AI Implementation Lead will create documentation, train team members on new tools, ensure alignment with industry standards and client expectations, and continuously refine solutions based on user feedback and project outcomes.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of structural engineering workflows, including design, drafting, and BIM processes, preferably across precast, steel, PEMB, and reinforced concrete projects.
- Experience with AI, machine learning, or automation tools applied to engineering, CAD/BIM, or similar tech
