We are seeking a skilled and reliable Boiler Operator/Technician to join our team in Gujarat
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and ensuring the productive functioning of boilers and related equipment to support our manufacturing processes
This role is critical to maintaining the smooth operation of our production facilities and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor boiler systems to ensure optimal performance and safety
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on boilers and auxiliary equipment
Monitor and adjust boiler controls, fuel levels, and water treatment systems
Maintain accurate logs of boiler operations, maintenance activities, and safety checks
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
Coordinate with other departments to support production schedules and energy efficiency goals
Conduct regular testing of boiler water quality and make necessary adjustments
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
