Job Summary
We are looking for a Upwork bidding, lead generation, cold calling, and online marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to identify potential clients and generate quality business leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Upwork bidding and submit professional proposals according to client requirements.
- Search and identify relevant projects and potential clients on Upwork.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, and other online platforms.
- Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn presence by creating and posting relevant content.
- Communicate with prospective clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Follow up with leads and maintain proper lead records.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for proposals and quotations.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
- Research market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills
- Upwork bidding experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in lead generation / business development / digital marketing.
- Positive English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in cold calling and client communication.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and social media platforms.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in Upwork bidding for Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax, Payroll, or other professional services will be preferred.
Experience
1–3 years in Business Development, Lead Generation, Upwork Bidding, or a related field.
