WE ARE HIRING – TELECOM RIGGER / RIGGER CUM TECHNICIAN

Location: Chandigarh / Punjab / Rajasthan
Project: AMC BSNL
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per Month
Experience: 1–2 Years in Telecom Rigging / Tower Installation

Key Responsibilities
- Tower climbing and telecom equipment installation.
- Install and maintain antennas, RRUs/RRHs, feeder cables, etc.
- Cable routing, dressing, connector installation, grounding & weatherproofing.
- Antenna alignment and basic equipment commissioning.
- Equipment replacement, upgrading, dismantling & maintenance.
- Safely handle rigging tools and lifting equipment.
- Follow all Work-at-Height, Tower Climbing & PPE Safety procedures.
- Coordinate with technicians, engineers and site supervisors.




- Complete assigned work within project timelines and maintain site reports.

✅ Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant telecom/rigger experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of telecom towers, antennas, RF equipment and cables.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Chandigarh / Punjab / Rajasthan.
- Valuable teamwork and communication skills.
- Tower Climbing / Work-at-Height Certification will be an added advantage.
