- Lead and support current product development initiatives from concept to commercialization.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Manage vendor relationships, including supplier selection, negotiations, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee procurement activities to ensure cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely availability of materials.
- Monitor supply and demand planning to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality Assurance, Sales, and Logistics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and product enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
