Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tally Accountant role based in Pipariya. The Tally Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting entries in Tally, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers. The role includes reconciliation of bank statements, vendor and customer ledgers, and monitoring inventory-related transactions. The Tally Accountant will assist in preparing GST and other statutory reports, maintaining accurate financial records,



and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and auditors to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications
- Robust proficiency in Tally ERP and hands-on experience in recording and managing daily accounting transactions.
- Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles, ledger management, and reconciliation practices.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements relevant to the agro and export sector.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and other office productivity tools for reporting and data analysis.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to maintain organized financial records.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations teams.
