We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimise paid digital marketing campaigns for our international real estate and property marketing business.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, Paid Social, Lead Generation, Conversion Optimisation, Analytics, Remarketing and Performance Marketing.

The candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality property leads across international markets and improving campaign performance, lead quality, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS and overall marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube and Remarketing campaigns.
- Manage Facebook & Instagram campaigns for Lead Generation, Website Conversion, Remarketing and Awareness.
- Develop full-funnel campaigns for property enquiries, property investment and overseas real estate leads.
- Conduct keyword research, search-term analysis,



competitor analysis and negative keyword management.
- Develop audience strategies using Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, Remarketing, Customer Match and first-party data.
- Manage campaigns across different countries, cities, locations and international buyer segments.
- Optimise campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, Lead Quality, ROAS and ROI.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets, bidding strategies, campaign scaling and budget allocation.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, audiences, landing pages, CTAs and campaign structures.
- Work with design and content teams to develop high-performing property creatives, videos, carousels, Reels and lead-generation ads.
- Implement and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, Meta Pixel and Meta CAPI.
