Job Summary

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying prospective students, understanding their career and training requirements, promoting Blitz Academy's programs, and converting enquiries into enrolments. The role involves lead generation, counselling, follow-ups, relationship management, and achieving monthly admission and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, digital enquiries, walk-ins, referrals, events, and other channels.
- Connect with prospective students and understand their educational and career goals.
- Explain Blitz Academy's courses, training programs, career opportunities, fees, and other relevant details.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Convert qualified leads into course registrations and admissions.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions,



and student interactions in the CRM or reporting system.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, career counselling sessions, school/college visits, and promotional activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential institutional or corporate partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and student preferences.
- Collect feedback from students and prospects and share insights with the management team.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, admissions, and revenue performance.
- Ensure professional and ethical communication with students and parents throughout the admission process.

Requirements
- 0 to 1 year of expereince
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent communication skill

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
