Role Description
The Manager – Closing, Real Estate Sales will oversee the end-to-end closing process for residential sales,



ensuring transactions are completed accurately, on time, and in line with company standards. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru East involves coordinating with buyers, banks, and internal teams to manage documentation, funding, and loan-related formalities. The role includes reviewing agreements, verifying compliance with regulatory and project requirements, and tracking the status of closings and disbursements. The manager will work closely with the sales team to support negotiation, address buyer queries, and maintain explicit communication throughout the closing cycle. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed records, preparing periodic reports, and contributing to process improvements that enhance customer experience and sales efficiency.
