Role Description
The Operations Assistant for Women Yoga Indore is a full-time, hybrid role based in Indore, with some work-from-home flexibility. This position supports the smooth coordination of daily classes and programs for women’s yoga sessions, including scheduling, participant communication, and trainer coordination. The Operations Assistant will manage registrations, maintain attendance records, and assist with organizing workshops, events, and outreach activities. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries,



maintaining basic administrative documentation, supporting social enterprise initiatives, and helping ensure a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for all participants. The role may also involve onsite support during classes, basic facility checks, and collaboration with trainers and management to improve operational efficiencies.

Qualifications
- Operational and administrative skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and coordination of classes and events.
- Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with participants, trainers, and partners in a respectful, inclusive manner.
- Basic digital literacy, including use of email, spreadsheets, and messaging or scheduling tools; familiarity with social media is an advantage.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and meet daily operational needs.
