Roles & Responsibilities
- Design Device protection plans such as Accidental & Liquid Damage protection, Screen Protection, Extended Warranty, etc.
- Building attach strategies during device purchase journey or post purchase, managing partnerships, internal stakeholder coordination and communication
- Working closely with in-house Affordability teams and external POS Aggregator and Consumer finance partners to ensure that financing options are seamlessly integrated
- Regular competitive benchmarking to drive enhancements in product portfolio
- Craft marketing interventions and promotions keeping in mind overall P&L;
- Collaborate and work cross functionally with marketing, retail, sales, affordability. operations, finance and customer service teams
- Closely work with external partners to design processes for smooth customer experience
- Streamline internal processes to reduce customer VOCs
- This role will be based out of Head Office
but would involve business travel (5-7 days per month)
to co-work and gather market feedback from Sales teams across the country
Skills & Qualifications
- MBA with 8+ years of experience across sales, partnerships and product management
- Prior experience with Insurance Companies (specifically on Device Insurance), NBFCs or Banks managing EMI programs, or OEMs managing insurance/affordability programs needed
- Ability to understand strategic challenges coupled with solid problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
