QC DART is a pathology internal quality control software designed to address key challenges faced by pathology laboratories in managing and interpreting quality data. It provides a web-based solution for data collection, statistical analysis, peer data comparison, and visualization through LJ charts. The platform supports decision-making with multiple QC rules and helps laboratories maintain accurate and organized quality control records. By streamlining QC processes, QC DART enables labs to improve reliability, efficiency, and compliance in their diagnostic workflows.

Role Description
The Application Specialist role at QC DART – Etofi Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, The Application Specialist will provide end-to-end application support for the QC DART software, including assisting laboratory users with configuration, usage, and feature adoption. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical and functional issues, coordinating with internal technical teams when needed, and documenting solutions and best practices.



The specialist will conduct product demonstrations, user training sessions, and contribute to user guides and FAQs to improve customer self-service. Daily responsibilities also include gathering feedback, identifying recurring issues, and suggesting enhancements to improve product performance and user experience.

Qualifications
- Robust analytical skills to interpret QC data, identify patterns, and support decision-making in laboratory workflows.
- Hands-on experience in application support and troubleshooting for software products, preferably in healthcare or laboratory environments.
- Proficiency in technical support activities, including issue tracking, root cause analysis, and coordination with development teams.
- Effective communication skills for explaining technical concepts clearly, delivering training, and providing user-focused guidance.
