Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Campaign Marketing Executive to manage catalog mailing operations and customer segmentation for marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience with email marketing platforms, customer database management, and advanced Excel functions to ensure accurate, segmented, and campaign-ready data.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end catalog mailing activities for assigned marketing campaigns.
- Perform customer segmentation to support targeted and personalized email campaigns.
- Execute and monitor campaigns using email marketing platforms and tools.




- Build, maintain, and update prospecting and distribution lists.
- Perform data cleansing activities, including data purging, merging, and de-duplication, to maintain data accuracy.
- Prepare reports and analyze campaign data using advanced Microsoft Excel functions, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- Ensure customer databases remain accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
- Stay informed about Kerala market trends and customer behavior to support campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in campaign marketing, catalog mailing, email marketing, or customer database management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data merging, and data cleansing.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management tools.
