Solarise Energies is a rooftop solar company in Saket South Delhi. We design and install premium systems on large homes — four to six installations a month — and we're growing.

We're hiring one Operations Manager to run our day-to-day operations, reporting directly to the founder.

You'll own:
- Scheduling installation crews — who goes where, and when
- Purchasing — raising orders, negotiating with suppliers, chasing deliveries
- Our Sangam Vihar warehouse — stock levels, counts, dispatch to site
- Site coordination with our foreman, keeping projects on schedule
- DISCOM, net metering and subsidy paperwork
- Running our internal CRM and training the team to use it

No solar experience needed — we'll teach it. We're hiring on ability, not background.

One honest note: roughly half this job is unglamorous. Stock counts, government offices, rooftops in May. The other half is running a real operation and making real decisions. If both halves make sense to you, we'd like to meet.

₹40,000–45,000 in hand, plus travel reimbursement. Six-day week. Based in Saket, South Delhi.
