Role Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to own brand awareness, demand generation, campaign strategy, and content development for Enterprise Solutions (Oracle, Salesforce) accounts. This role requires a doer who can manage stakeholders, create processes in ambiguous situations, and deliver measurable pipeline and brand outcomes. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role and will report to the Vice President Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for the Enterprise solutions horizontal (Oracle and salesforce practices), demand generation, brand, events, content, and digital programs.
- Own campaign strategy end-to-end: audience segmentation, value propositions, channel mix, creative briefs, execution, tracking, and optimization.
- Produce high-quality content hands-on: case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, sales enablement assets, email sequences, landing pages,



and social copy tailored to retail buyers.
- Can build and run lead-generation programs: ABM, paid digital (search/paid social), email nurture, webinars, and partner co-marketing initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder relationships: engage sales, delivery, leadership, and external agencies to align on priorities and timelines.

Required skills and experience
- 510 years of marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years focused on the Oracle and Salesforce technology/solutions.
- Proven, hands-on experience running demand-generation campaigns and producing content (not just strategy).
- Robust stakeholder management with experience coordinating sales, product, delivery, and leadership teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft crisp messaging for C-suite and practitioner audiences.
