Role Description
The Assistant Engineering Manager will support the engineering operations of Brij Hotels’ properties, ensuring that facilities, equipment, and systems are reliable, safe, and well-maintained. This full time, on-site role is based in Jaipur and involves coordinating daily maintenance activities,



supervising engineering staff, and assisting in planning and executing repair and renovation projects. The person in this role will monitor building systems, oversee vendors and contractors, and help manage budgets, inventories, and compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards. The Assistant Engineering Manager will work closely with property leadership to minimize downtime, respond promptly to maintenance issues, and maintain a high-quality environment for guests and team members. Regular reporting, documentation, and participation in inspections and preventive maintenance programs are key aspects of this position.
