About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to drive cloud transformation, automation, and platform engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure. The role requires solid technical leadership, hands-on engineering capabilities, and the ability to mentor teams while ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud-native infrastructure across GCP/AWS/Azure.
- Lead Kubernetes platform engineering, cluster administration, and container orchestration initiatives.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and other DevOps tools to enable rapid and reliable software delivery.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.




- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for production systems.
- Drive DevOps best practices including automation, security, reliability, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with development, architecture, security, and operations teams to streamline deployment processes.
- Establish platform standards, governance, and operational excellence across engineering teams.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex production issues.
- Mentor and guide DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and automation.
