Job Summary

Suburban Residency is looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Accounts Executive to support the day-to-day financial and accounting operations of the property.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience and must be able to demonstrate practical experience in independently handling accounting activities, including daily revenue reconciliation, bank and cash reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, taxation support, vendor reconciliation and preparation of financial reports.

Previous experience in the hotel, hospitality, restaurant or F&B; industry is strongly preferred.

The position requires flexibility in working hours. The successful candidate should be willing to work beyond normal duty hours when operationally required,



particularly during month-end closing, year-end closing, audits, statutory deadlines and other critical accounting periods.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate day-to-day accounting records.
- Recording and reviewing sales, receipts, payments, purchases and journal entries.
- Performing daily revenue reconciliation across applicable hotel revenue streams.
- Reconciling POS/PMS sales with cash, card, UPI, bank and other payment collections.
- Conducting daily cash and bank reconciliation and identifying discrepancies.
- Reviewing cashier settlements, discounts, voids, cancellations and other adjustments.
- Managing Accounts Payable, including verification of supplier invoices, supporting documents and payment schedules.
