Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a contract position based in Gurugram with a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview panels for various roles within the studio.
The specialist will partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, refine job descriptions, and ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process.
Daily responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines, managing recruitment tools and databases, supporting employer branding initiatives, and providing a positive, inclusive experience for all applicants.
The role also involves tracking key hiring metrics, advising on market trends, and continuously improving recruitment practices to support studio growth.
Qualifications
- Solid skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with proven experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Experience in Hiring and Interviewing, including structured interviews and candidate evaluation.
- Background in Employer Branding, with the ability to promote a compelling, inclusive employer value proposition.
- Familiarity with recruiting for creative, technical, or gaming industry roles is highly benef
