Job Summary:

Hilary Rhoda is seeking a Influencer Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge influencer marketing strategies that align with Hilary Rhoda's brand objectives. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to identify, engage,



and manage a diverse pool of influencers to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Roles And Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with overall brand objectives.
- Identify and prioritize key influencer marketing goals and KPIs.
- Develop a detailed influencer marketing calendar, outlining campaign timelines, deliverables, and budget allocations.

Influencer Identification and Management:
- Identify and curate a diverse pool of macro, micro, and nano influencers who align with the brand's target audience, values, and aesthetic.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with influencers, ensuring timely communication and collaboration.
- Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
