Anchaviyo Resort is a 150-acre eco-friendly luxury retreat located along the Vaitarna River in Palghar, Maharashtra, offering immersive, experiential hospitality in a natural setting. The resort features 120 rooms, including 20 distinctive theme-based accommodations such as Geodesic Domes, Tree Houses, Mud Houses, and Glass Houses, along with 100 premium standard rooms. Anchaviyo is known for innovative dining concepts, from floating river dinners to jungle experiences, supported by in-house organic farms and orchards. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Steward role based at Anchaviyo Resort in Palghar. The Steward is responsible for supporting daily food and beverage operations, including setting up dining areas, polishing and arranging cutlery and glassware,



and ensuring tables are prepared to resort standards before service. The role involves assisting servers during meal periods, clearing tables efficiently, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest areas and back-of-house service stations. The Steward will coordinate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, handle basic guest requests professionally, and report any service issues to supervisors. The role also includes following safety and sanitation procedures, participating in ongoing training, and helping support special events and experiential dining setups across the property.
