Role Description
The Online Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for driving sales through digital channels and managing the overall online retail operations. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing e-commerce platforms, managing product listings and pricing, monitoring inventory for online sales, and ensuring an efficient order fulfillment process. The role involves analyzing online sales performance, implementing promotional campaigns, coordinating with marketing and operations teams,



and improving the customer journey across digital touchpoints. The Online Sales Manager will also handle escalated customer issues related to online orders, maintain strong vendor and marketplace relationships, and identify opportunities to grow revenue and enhance brand presence.

Qualifications
