Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our manpower recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and mobilizing candidates for various client requirements.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with bulk hiring, field recruitment, job portals, telephonic screening, candidate coordination, and joining follow-ups. Experience in manpower consultancy, staffing, recruitment agency, or contract staffing will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand manpower requirements received from clients and initiate recruitment accordingly.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee references, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidates.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements, skills, experience, salary expectations, and location.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a continuous pipeline of suitable candidates for current and upcoming requirements.




- Handle bulk recruitment and multiple positions simultaneously.
- Coordinate documentation, verification, offer letters, and joining formalities.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.
- Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Coordinate with managers regarding interview schedules, selections, joining status, and manpower requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Achieve assigned recruitment and joining targets within the required timelines.
- Support employee mobilization and deployment activities as required.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future requirements.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; HR/Business Administration background is preferred.
- 0.6–2 years of experience in recruitment, manpower staffing, consultancy, or talent acquisition.
