Mentor Match is an online tutoring platform serving students across IGCSE, British, American, IB, and CBSE curricula. We're hiring a QC Specialist to audit our sales conversations and raise the bar on every call.

What You'll Do
- Audit sales and renewal calls against quality benchmarks and scripts
- Score calls, document errors, and share actionable feedback with the sales team
- Flag compliance gaps, misleading commitments, or process deviations
- Publish daily/weekly QC reports and track improvement trends
- Work with sales leads to refine scripts and training based on audit findings

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years in call auditing, sales QC, or quality assurance (EdTech/inside sales a plus)
- Sharp ear for detail; robust English and Tamil comprehension
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and QC scorecards
- Objective, process-driven, and able to give feedback constructively
- Based in Chennai and able to work onsite

Compensation

₹30,000/month fixed.
