We are looking for a friendly, qualified, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our newly launched venture. The ideal candidate will create a warm and positive experience for visitors, customers, and team members while supporting the smooth day-to-day functioning of the front office.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the reception/front desk and ensure a neat and welcoming environment.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and messages appropriately.
- Handle visitor registrations and maintain necessary records.
- Respond to basic customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitors.
- Receive and distribute courier, mail, and other deliveries.
- Maintain front-office documents, registers, and basic administrative records.
- Coordinate with different departments to address visitor and customer requirements.
- Assist with basic administrative and operational tasks as required.
- Support the management/team in setting up and maintaining efficient front-desk procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Ensure a professional and positive experience for everyone visiting the organization.
