Position: Sales Manager / Sales Head Luxury Villas

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Sales Manager / Sales Head to lead the sales function for our luxury villa and premium residential real estate projects.

The ideal candidate should have 57 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, with proven experience in selling luxury villas, high-end residential properties, or premium gated communities. Candidates who have previously worked with luxury villa developers, premium residential projects, or high-net-worth clientele will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project sales and revenue targets.
- Drive sales of luxury villas through direct sales, channel partners, brokers, and HNI networks.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to site visits, negotiations, booking, and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, investors, channel partners, brokers, and key stakeholders.




- Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve monthly and project-level targets.
- Conduct high-quality presentations, client meetings, property tours, and site visits.
- Manage project inventory, sales pipelines, forecasting, and conversion ratios.
- Work closely with the marketing team to maximize lead generation and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor competitor projects, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Develop robust channel-partner networks specifically within the luxury residential and villa segment.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, CRM, legal, and documentation teams.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Maintain a premium customer experience throughout the sales journey.

- 57 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury segment.
- Prior experience selling luxury villas or premium residential projects
