Role & responsibilities
- Implement and monitor project-specific EHS policies, procedures, and compliance.
- Conduct site inspections, safety audits, risk assessments (HIRA), and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Manage high-risk construction activities including work at height, lifting operations, excavation, scaffolding, electrical works, confined space entry, and hot work.
- Review Method Statements, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments, and Permit-to-Work documentation.
- Lead incident investigations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and statutory reporting.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, emergency drills, and contractor awareness programs.
- Monitor contractor compliance and coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain EHS records, dashboards, KPIs, statutory documentation, and support internal/client audits.
- Promote behavioral safety initiatives and continuous improvement across project sites.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:-
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Science,



or a related discipline mandatory.
- ADIS / NEBOSH / PGDISM or equivalent EHS certification.
- Additional certifications in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Fire Safety, First Aid, etc., will be an added advantage

Mandatory Experience
- 5-7 years of relevant EHS experience in the construction/real estate sector.
- Hands-on experience in executing high-rise residential apartment projects (30+ stores) is mandatory.
- Experience with International Property Consultants (IPCs) or reputed real estate developers is highly preferred.
- Robust knowledge of contractor safety management, statutory compliance, construction safety, and audit processes.
