Key Responsibilities:

* Own the overall P&L;, growth, and profitability.

* Define and execute the business strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets.

* Drive revenue through sales, partnerships, new markets, and current business opportunities.

* Build scalable processes and systems to improve operational efficiency.

* Lead customer acquisition, retention, and overall customer experience.

* Identify market trends and convert opportunities into new growth initiatives.

* Build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.

* Track key business metrics and drive performance through data-led decisions.

* Develop strategic partnerships and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.

* Work closely with the Promotor to shape and execute next phase of growth.

Requirements:

* 15 years of experience in e-commerce, retail sales, marketing, and business development.

* Expertise in digital marketing, dealer/distributor management, and strategic partnerships.

* Strong knowledge of financial planning, P&L; management, and revenue optimization.
