Sales Manager

Company Details:

We are a fintech company based out of Bangalore. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with 2-3 years of experience in insurance sales, with a strong focus on Insurance and basic exposure to Motor, Health and Life Insurance. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships.

Experienced candidates are also welcome and will be considered for senior roles.

You can shape your career to becoming a high-flying salesperson with robust on the job training in sales, and technology.

Qualification:

Minimum Education, PUC, B. Com, BBA, C A Inter

Candidate Profile:

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in General Insurance sales.

· Basic computer knowledge like MS word, MS Excel,, PowerPoint etc.

· In-depth knowledge of Motor, Health and Life Insurance

· Sales outlook and drive to grow and rise in organization.

· Outgoing personality, presentable, good communication skills.

· Bangalore residents shall be preferred.

Responsibilities:





· Drive sales for Motor, Health and Life Insurance products

· Communicate with Clients and sell Motor, Health and Life Insurance.

· Handle calls and questions from prospective clients and closing sales.

· Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, agents, and partners

· Contacting clients regularly to discover changes in insurance renewal.

· Maintain and deepen the relations with acquired clients

· Coordinate with internal team to close the sales.

· Maintain knowledge level and learn during the training

· Respond to prospective customer queries about insurance.

· In office or field work as per customer requirements.

Location: Bengaluru.

Compensation: High fixed salary and incentive.
